Solid particles are retained in the filter press & extremely pure oil is obtained from filter press. You have to clean filter press every 8 ~ 10 hours & cleaning takes only 20~30 minutes time. We supply different types of clothes to match seasoning effect . There are 3 types of filter clothes; Polyester, Cotton & Poly Propylene. Two sets are fitted on each plate for the best oil output. Combination is either Poly.. + PP OR Cotton + PP. PP is always outside so that dirt will be cleaned very easily from PP cloth. To fit clothes, open centre round nut with square hole, place the cloths and tight by nuts at centre.

Boiler provides the process steam to the cooking kettle. Husks / wood / coal / any agriculture waste can be used as fuel in the boiler. Water feed pump is mounted separately driven by 1.5 HP motor. Boiler is not required in the crushing of cotton seeds, copra & mustard seeds.
If you wish to use only LPG gas, we can send special boiler with Gas burner to connect with your LPG cylinder. This way you can save 1 operator for fuel filling (agriculture waste). We will not charge anything extra but design of boiler will be such that it will not be suitable for Husks / wood / coal / any agriculture waste. Let us know if you want such boiler.
Some sensitive area / country where boiler is prohibited (for certain seeds) electrical kettle option can be worked out. It is available in two different sizes.
Cooking of the oilseeds is an important process in seed processing. We manufacture latest technology boilers for steam generation that is required in oil mill. The boilers are available in different sizes and capacities. We offer oil mill boilers that are highly efficient and energy saving. Our steam generation oil mill boiler is easy to install, assemble and dismantle. The Oil Mill Boilers come into picture when the heating process in the cooking kettle is carried out using steam. The steam generation boiler will provide the necessary steam required by the heating kettles to cook and heat the oil seeds. Boilers are usually not necessary if the cooking kettle run with the help of electricity.
The steam is produced in the boiler by burning any type of solid fuel like husks, wood or any agricultural waste. A water feed pump is mounted on the top of the boiler. The steam is produced during the process of boiling the water. This steam is required for pre-conditioning and heating the seeds that are placed inside the preconditioners. The steam is let out through an opening which is directly connected to the preconditioner kettle.

Once the oil extraction process of oilseeds is completed, the coarse residue is left behind and it is allowed to come out through the discharge outlet of the oil expelling machine. This residue is known as Oilcake.
Cake conveyors are well known equipments to convey the material from one place to another in the oil mill processing plant. The cake conveyors are again an integral part of the oil extraction unit. The direction of transfer for the cake conveyor is into the horizontal direction. The oilcakes are transported and sent away to required location by means of the horizontal movement.
After the oil cake is formed, it will come out of the machine and start accumulating. This cake is hot when freshly comes out. In order to avoid the big lumps and big accumulation of oilcake at one place, the cake has to be conveyed away from the milling area for subsequent process. The cake discharge is a continuous process and the volume of oilcake coming out is also more. Hence to reduce the manpower and tedious work, a special type of equipments are used which are known as Cake Conveyors.
In order to speed up the whole oil cake processing process, the use of cake conveyors plays a very important and vital role. The conveyor consists of rotating screws or moving belts which run on a motor and a belt which is used for conveying the cakes.
